Exterior Paint Colors That Could Sell Your Home

It is true that “Seller is King” at the moment, however, there are things to consider that can further increase the value of a home and the range of buyers attracted to a home.

Just like the colors on your interior walls, the hues you pick for your home’s exterior should choices that will appeal to the broadest range of buyers. A color can make or break a buyers perception of a home when doing a drive-by to determine if they want to set up a showing. Sticking with neutral and traditional colors is a “good bet” if painting the home’s exterior to get it ready to sell.

This is not to say you shouldn’t have the home painted any wild color you want while you are living there and enjoying it day in and day out. You should love coming home to your house and if a pink house makes you happy then paint it pink!  But, if you are thinking of selling you might want to consider what most buyers would be attracted to which is warm and inviting colors. Give some thought to these colors that may help with the overall curb appeal and versatility of attracting buyers.
