A Little Bit About Us

Hi! We’re Lyndsay and Leslie, the twin sisters behind Lamb & Co. and HGTV’s Unsellable Houses!

We’ve done life together since Day 1.

As sisters, we naturally have a strong connection, but as twins, it is crazy in a good way. We didn’t always have the same taste in music, food, or even in boys growing up, but we have always had each other’s back. As a twin, there is an indescribable connection and loyalty to one another. You can dislike me but don’t you dare talk negatively about my twin. She is as close to perfect as they come!

Our bond has grown deeper as we have aged and watched each other get married and have children, and going through the ups and downs of life has only made our appreciation for one another stronger.

If we had to pick one thing that we love most about being twins, it is “us.” We’re Lyndsay and Leslie. There is no other set out there like us!

Meet Lyndsay

I’m Lyndsay Lamb, the twin with bangs! I love using my creativity to help find exactly the thing they’re looking for—then celebrate with them when they do!

I started Lamb & Co. Real Estate in 2009. The business grew rapidly as we helped families buy or sell their homes, and we quickly became one of the region’s top-producing teams year after year.

Along the way, I discovered the art of staging. I use great design to showcase the potential and best features of a property. It helps buyers imagine all the possibilities for the home!

One thing led to another, and now real estate meets design in Unsellable Houses, my sister’s, and my HGTV show!

Lyndsay’s Style

My home style is a complete reflection of my personality—a mixture of classic furnishings and earthy undertones that together create a warm, comfortable, and timeless vibe.

I remember, as a kid rearranging and decorating my room again and again. It has always been something I enjoyed! I don’t lock myself into one style.

Behind The Screen

My husband and son are my people. When I’m not on the job, I love to be involved in my community and retreat to the beach with my husband Justin, son Miles, and pup Remo.

I don’t care what I am doing, working on, or enjoying at the time…it is pretty much a given I would rather be hanging out with them!

Meet Leslie

Hi there! I live for numbers and negotiations, and I run 90% on coffee and 10% on chips and salsa. #Truth.

Let’s be real; a standard 9-to-5 couldn’t contain my sister and me, Lyndsay and I were made to run our own personality-filled business together.

I love killing it for my clients and my high-capacity real estate team. Leading our team of agents, stagers, and all-around doers as we help our client-family is absolutely incredible, and I’m so glad we get to share the journey with you on Unsellable Houses!

Leslie’s Style

My home style is industrial comfort. To be honest, I point at things I like, and Lyndsay makes it work in my space.

I love the cool, clean lines that incorporating metals brings, but I keep it feeling warm and cozy with soft textures and pops of color. Or, at least Lyndsay tells me, I do 🙂

Behind The Screen

When not working, my husband Jacob and I love to cheer on our boys Kyler, Cash, and Cole at their sports games. I also love getting involved in our community!
