Freak Out!ย I see a lot of weird stuff being in real estate and most of it I am pretty prepared for. However, once in a while I see something I don’t expect.ย ย While showing a home in Redmond yesterday,ย I opened a bedroom door toย a mannequin standing with “her” back to me. ย Iย screamed and jumped back.ย The silly part was they had posted a sign on the door saying that the room was used for storage and to notย be alarmed by anything found inside.ย ย Although a mannequin is not the craziest thing I have seen, it definitely caughtย me off guard. Iย felt likeย leaving my own note saying, “Can you not put away yourย mannequin for a few weeks while trying to sell your home?”ย Come on!
