Holiday

Our favorite stops for the holiday season!

Christmas is in full swing here in Snohomish. I have even heard rumors that we might be getting snow next week, which is very uncommon this early in the Christmas season around here. Even without snow, Snohomish will transport you into a small town straight out of a Hallmark Christmas movie–decorations, community events, and the hustle and bustle of people finding the perfect gifts for the special people in their lives.

I know I have said it before, but I will say it again, I LOVE Christmas! Here are a few of my family’s favorite local Snohomish stops during the holidays.

We love to get our Christmas Trees at Stocker Farms

You might remember Stocker Farms from one of our favorite Fall places to visit with the kids, but for Christmas, Stocker is the must-go location to pick up your own u-cut Christmas tree!

We love bundling up, getting a cup of hot chocolate, and going on a hunt for the perfect tree together! Stocker Farms has six different kinds of trees, so no matter if you are looking for a short and squat Christmas tree, tall and thin, or something in between, they have you covered! Stocker farms will also shake and bale your tree and provide you with saws and twine for the best experience. Plus, you can always get the cutest Instagram photos, which is always an added bonus!

Flower World for Garland

Flower world is one of the best places around for all of your plant needs throughout the year. Walking through the nursery is like a dream, but Flower World is the perfect place to pick up the most beautiful and fresh garland during the holidays. They sell a wide variety of garlands, wreaths, and poinsettia in different sizes and colors that you don’t often see in stores, so you can pick and choose what works best for you and your family.

Snohomish Valley Golf Center for ice skating

Yep! You read that right! Ice skating! Since we don’t get very much snow around here (again, fingers crossed for snow!), you would think that ice skating is out of the question, but the Snohomish Valley Golf Center has come up with the perfect solution. They brought in a synthetic ice rink! And since you’ll work up an appetite after skating, they have delicious food and drinks. The boys’ favorite is the hot and fresh french fries!

Santa at Lamb & Co.

Have you been good this year? I guess we will find out soon because Santa is coming to town! On December 17th, from 3 PM to 5 PM, we will be hosting Santa and Mrs. Claus at our Lamb & Co. Storefront!

Bring your cameras (these will be self-shot photos), and come stop by to get your photos taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus! (We love our fur babies, but please, NO pets!)

Lyndsay and I will be there to spread the holiday cheer! We can not wait to see you and your loved ones!

As always, don’t forget to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest for even more inspo and stay up to date on all things Lamb & Co. and Unsellable Houses.

XO,

Les
