This kitchen renovation has been a labor of love, resulting in a stunning blend of Scandinavian simplicity and Pacific Northwest warmth. With gorgeous wood-planked ceilings already in place, our client wanted to transform the dark and dated kitchen into a fresh, light-filled space. Their designer, Brittney, embraced the room’s unique layout, bringing in smart, thoughtful touches that made the space feel brighter, more open, and effortlessly inviting, without having to completely demo the client’s existing kitchen. The Before:
To maximize the space and our client’s budget in their unique kitchen, our designer, Brittney, kept all cabinet boxes and existing appliances in place. To give the space a new look, we repainted the cabinets and swapped out the doors and hardware for a more modern look.
