Design Inspo & Materials
Overall Design + Kitchen:
What we updated:
- All new cabinetry and countertops
- Installed new backsplash
- All new flooring throughout the house: Hideaway Sepia Engineered Hardwood
- Added brass cabinet pulls
- Installed a black faucet from Gerber
- Added new can lights, island pendant lights, and a pendant over the sink
- Installed a new stainless steel appliance package from Albert Lee
Dining + Living Room
What we updated:
- All new flooring throughout the house: Hideaway Sepia Engineered Hardwood
- Installed a locally sourced and hand-crafted cedar wood fireplace mantel
- Installed a new dining room chandelier
Laundry Room
What we updated:
- Refinished the wood wall and added coat hooks
- Installed a new tile flooring
Bathrooms
What we updated:
- Installed new shower tile surround and new tile flooring
- Added new vanities downstairs and upstairs and vanity mirrors
- Installed all new plumbing from Gerber: shower and sink faucets
Bedrooms + Office
What we updated:
- All new flooring throughout the house: Hideaway Sepia Engineered Hardwood
- Painted the entire interior SW 7015
The Exterior
What we updated:
- Refreshed all landscaping
- Pressure-washed and cleaned the back deck
