Design Inspo & Materials
Overall Design + Living Room:
What we updated:
- Painted an accent wall around the fireplace and painted the front door with SW 7661
- Added a wood feature all down the hallway using engineered hardwood floors
- Replaced the front window
- Installed new can lights throughout
Kitchen
What we updated:
- Installed new backsplash: Castle Brick – white and S-Series – Canvas White Scallop
- Replaced all cabinets and installed new cabinet pulls
- Added a new faucet from Gerber
- Installed new tile flooring: City Life: Sand 36 x 36
- All new appliances from Albert Lee
Main Bedroom
What we updated:
- Painted an accent wall around the fireplace SW 7615
- Added a new chandelier
Additional Bedrooms
What we updated:
The Bathroom
What we updated:
- Installed new flooring and a tile surround: Castle Brick – white and S-Series – Canvas White Scallop
- Replaced the vanity and faucet
- Added new fixtures throughout: towel bar set, mirror, shower head, and lights
The Exterior
What we updated:
- Refreshed all landscaping
- Cleaned out the entire shop
- Replaced siding and touched up paint with existing paint color
