We’re BACK! The double-header season four premiere of Unsellable Houses was this last Sunday and we’re SO excited to share all of the projects we’ve been working on, and for you to meet a few new faces! The second episode of the night, covered our journey with Robert & Lisa, as they hope to sell Robert’s mom’s Everett cottage.

Design Inspo & Materials
Family Room & Dining Room
What we updated:
- Installed luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring (Homestead Flooring, Jetcore Sandy Beech)
- Refreshed paint and trim throughout (Sherwin Williams, SW-6147 Panda White)
- Removed original brick pony wall, re-angled the wood-burning fireplace, and installed a floor-to-ceiling tile surround (Arizona Tile, Concerto, White)
Kitchen
What we updated:
- All new high-end stainless steel appliances (Albert Lee Appliances)
- Installed custom light-gray soft-close shaker cabinetry with complementary hardware (and reused the original cabinets in the garage)
- Installed terrazzo Della Terra quartz countertops and matching backsplash (Arizona Tile, Aerial)
- Removed the pantry/wall near the entry and added a custom built-in buffet/”stop-and-drop” with butcherblock countertop and glass cabinetry
- Added a white farmhouse sink (Elkay)
Primary Bedroom & Ensuite
What we updated:
- Removed sliding glass doors and installed custom built-in storage system (Closet Creations Inc.)
- Added a pop of color with a romantic accent wall (Sherwin Williams, SW-9006 Rojo Dust)
- Installed new vanity, light fixture, and mirror in ensuite
- Installed designer matte hexagon tile flooring (Arizona Tile, Paros)
- Refreshed the walk-in shower with new tile surround, flooring, and a rain shower head with a hand-held wand (Arizona Tile, shower surround: Flash, Ivory & Concerto, White)
Hall Bathroom
What we updated:
- Moved the entrance near the guest bathroom, so there’s no more hallway and a bigger bathroom
- Added a new vanity, new light fixtures, mirrors, and new hardware
- Installed new flooring (Arizona Tile, Futura – Silver)
- Refreshed the shower with new designer porcelain tile surround and a 2-in-1 handheld & rain shower head (Arizona Tile, shower surround: Flash, Ivory & Concerto, White)
Exterior
What we updated:
- Painted the exterior & trim (Sherwin Williams, main: SW-6207 Retreat & SW-6126 Navajo White)
- Removed corner deck and added a custom garden box and planted raspberries, lettuce, strawberries, and herbs
- Fresh landscaping
- Replaced roof
