We’re BACK! Season four of Unsellable Houses finally premiered on Sunday and we’re SO excited to share all of the projects we’ve been working on, and for you to meet a few new faces! With the shifting housing market and rising interest rates, our clients Jenna & Garrett, needed some advice on how to get their Shoreline home sold for top dollar.

Design Inspo & Materials
Entry & DIY Project
What we updated:
- Replaced light fixture
- Painted the door (Sherwin Williams, SW-9142 Moscow Midnight)
- Added a DIY Wood Slat Coat Rack (say that five times fast!)
Family Room & Dining Room
What we updated:
- Refinished original hardwood floors
- Refreshed paint throughout (Sherwin Williams, walls: SW-7004 Snowbound, trim: SW-7661 Reflection, & ceiling: SW-7007 Ceiling Bright White)
- Replaced light fixture in dining room
- Installed custom wood mantel
Kitchen
What we updated:
- All new high-end stainless steel appliances (Albert Lee Appliances)
- Installed a custom soft-close cabinetry with complementary hardware, including a coffee bar/station with a custom wood floating shelf (matches the mantel above the fireplace)
- Installed quartz countertops (Arizona Tile, Ivory White Della Terra Quartz)
- Installed designer matte hexagon backsplash with accent herringbone tile behind stove (Arizona Tile, Terrazzo & Chevron)
- Added new light fixture above sink
- Replaced flooring with a glazed porcelain tile (Arizona Tile, Faro)
Primary Bedroom & Ensuite
What we updated:
- Installed custom luxury built-in storage system (Closet Creations Inc.)
- Added new light fixture in bedroom
- Installed new vanity, light fixture, and mirror
- Installed designer matte hexagon tile flooring (Arizona Tile, Paros)
- Refreshed the walk-in shower with new tile surround, flooring, and a rain shower head with a hand-held wand (Arizona Tile, shower surround: Smooth & Chevron)
Hall Bathroom
What we updated:
- Installed dual vanity
- Added new set of light fixtures, mirrors, and new fixtures
- Installed designer matte hexagon tile flooring (Arizona Tile, Paros)
- Refreshed the shower with new designer porcelain tile surround and a 2-in-1 handheld & rain shower head (Arizona Tile, shower surround: Smooth)
Bonus Space
What we updated:
- Installed new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring (Homestead Flooring, JetCore XL – Country Retreat)
- Added a pop of color with accent wallpaper (Spoonflower, Heron & Plants design by Spoonflower artist Flying Wall)
- Raised ceiling, painted in black, and added wood slats (Paint: Sherwin Williams, SW-6258 Tricorn Black)
Exterior
What we updated:
- Painted the front door (Sherwin Williams, SW-6918 Humorous Green)
- Painted the trim (Sherwin Williams, SW-6258 Tricorn Black)
- Replaced garage doors
- Fresh landscaping + replaced deck in backyard
