A Year in Review

This year has been crazy, to say the least! We have had one of our busiest and most incredible years so far! We are so thankful for the continued support you have shown us throughout the year! Let’s take a little look back at our 2021!

January- We were in full swing filming the second half of Season 2!

Some of our favorite homes we finished in January include our Bothell Earthy Contemporary Home! This was one of our top homes with 60 showings scheduled within the first 3 hours on the market and quickly received multiple offers!

February- We were hit with a huge snowstorm!

Okay listen, if you are from the Midwest, maybe it is not a huge snowstorm, but for us, in the PNW, it’s about as big as it gets! Our store and office shut down for a few days, but we were lucky enough to be able to stay safe and enjoy some fun in the snow with our families!

March- Season 2 Premiered!

Leslie and I were so excited to show you all of the amazing projects we worked on in the months prior! To this day, we are still so thankful, happy, and honored that Season Two is successful as it has been.

Get this, thanks to you all, Unsellable Houses was one of the top five non-sports/news-related shows to air with over 3.1 million views! 3.1 MILLION VIEWS?! We can’t say thank you enough, honestly. Quite frankly, we are still absolutely blown away by the fact that you all helped our little TV show turn into something beyond what we ever could’ve imagined! We are so grateful for your continued support of us, our business, and our show. You have all truly changed our lives forever!

April- It was our Birthday!

We turned the 4-0 on 4/4! Not only did we get to celebrate our birthday, but we celebrated that our brokerage turned a year old! Since being open, we have been able to help hundreds of families buy and sell, and secure their dream homes!

Don’t forget that if you are in Snohomish County, we, and our incredible team of agents, would love to help your find your next home, even if it’s not an “Unsellable” home.

May- Happy Mothers Day!

This month we really reflected on our families! We are so thankful for the amazing people we have supporting us behind the scenes.

Our mom, Nana, is an absolute shining light in our lives. She is such an incredible mom to us and Nana to our boys. We are so lucky that to have Nana at the store! Leslie and I love being moms, and watching our boys grow into pre-teens and teenagers together has been such a unique and memorable experience for both of us. This year, my husband Justin joined the Lamb & Co. team full-time, and we are so appreciative for all he does every day!

June- We opened our New Storefront!

By this point, I probably sound like a broken record, but I can’t say it enough, we are shocked by your continued support, and the support of our Storefront is no different. We managed to outgrow our adorable 800 sq ft store in less than a year!

Our new Lamb & Co. Storefront is located in one of the most historical buildings in Snohomish, just a few blocks down the street, and is almost 4,000 sq ft! We love this town so much, and we are so thankful to get to stay here!

July- We started filming for Unsellable Houses Season 3!

Yep! Usually, filming starts in the summer and doesn’t stop until February or March! We are so excited for you all to see what this season has in store, there are so many beautiful homes and special projects! We listened to some of your suggestions on Instagram, and we hope you get to see your favorite styles of homes with a few new ones that you might not have heard of before sprinkled in!

What style of homes can you not wait to see? Let us know on Instagram!

August- We got a new VW!

I won’t tell you much about her now, you will have to wait for her episode! But let’s just say, she is a very important part of one of our love stories! Eeeeek!

Oh…. and her name is Fran!

September- One of our own got married!

Yes, I know that this is not business-related, but we are all family here at Lamb & Co., which means that this was one of the most memorable days of the year for us all!

Brett and Taylor, we are still so happy for both of you and wish you a lifetime of happiness!

October- Rock the Block!

We took a break from filming Season 3, and we went to film another special project for HGTV! That project was… Rock the Block!

We are so honored to have been chosen amongst the other amazing HGTV Talent to compete on this show! Not only did we make some great lifelong friends, we definitely pushed ourselves harder, thought bigger than ever, and we even learned how to use a few more power tools! We can not wait for you to see what we came up with!

November- We came home and left again… For another HGTV project!

If you haven’t noticed by now, we have a hard time sitting still! This time, we were filming HGTV’s new show Home Town Kick Start!

I am not sure if it’s fair to say this, but this project has made us fall in love with what we do all over again. The people in this community have been so welcoming, and just like us, they love their town! The stories that we have learned while filming have changed our hearts forever. We are so lucky to have been a part of this journey!

December- Filming again!

This time we can’t give you a hint of what it is, but we definitely have been very busy this year! More filming, more shows, and more content for you than ever before!

Is there anything we have missed? Also, what would you like to see from us in the new year?!

Happy New Year!
