Warning: If you are a home buyer in this market you might not like what you are about to read. I listed 3 homes for sale on Monday of this week and as of last night, Friday, all three are under a mutual purchase and sale contract. One received 3 offers within 5 hours of being listed, another received two offers in the first day and the third sold within 72 hours. It appears we are in a sellers market once again.
But where are all the houses? If you are thinking about selling now is the time! Inventory is low and buyers are out there looking.
